They have have striped bass and bluefish a mile to a mile and a half off Barnegat Inlet on Wednesday, according to a report from Barnegat Light Bait and Tackle. Two bass came into Barnegat Light B&T that were caught in the surf at Harvey Cedars. Plus tautog are thick around the B.I. south jetty.
Miss Beach Haven partyboat had a class trip of boys and girls from Cinaminson out Friday. The report from Miss Beach Haven revealed it was a little cold and a little rough but they started catching right away and all went home with bags of tog. There were a couple of limits and everyone caught.
