As May comes to a close, the activity around the Viking plant is erupting like a volcano. Progress on the Viking 92 Convertible is steadfast as our shipwrights continue to detail and board sand the hull plug of our new flagship. The size of the plug is humongous and it gets better looking every day.
Spinning Wheels
Our new 52 Convertible, with its gorgeous Viking Lady Yellow hull, is a showpiece as crew from the make ready dock does a quick NASCAR-like propeller change before the boat heads out for more sea trials. This new model is a headliner at the upcoming Viking Yacht dealer meeting next month in Atlantic City.
Custom Cab
Another new model slated to appear at the Dealer Meeting next month is the Viking 42 Sport Coupe. Powered with Cummins diesels and the Zeus pod propulsion system, the 42 SC features a two-stateroom layout with a large salon and galley. Topside, the command station includes a center console helm, plenty of seating and the fiberglass hard top shown here with a fiberglass arch and custom accents.
