Tokyo-based Koden Electronics Co. and New York-based Si-Tex Marine Electronics announced an agreement through which Si-Tex will handle all sales, service and customer support functions for Koden products across the United States.
Koden is a leading provider of heavy-duty commercial electronics for the workboat, high seas, commercial fisheries and river transportation markets. It provides these markets with products in the marine radar, sonar, echosounder and GPS sensors/navigation system categories, including several International Maritime Organization-approved systems.
