Eastern Shore
Offshore anglers have been reporting decent numbers of dolphin, wahoo, bluefin tuna and even a few yellowfin. All of that is good news for the 29th annual Eastern Shore Marlin Club’s tournament that starts Friday and runs through the weekend.
Closer to the coast, flounder continue to show around inlets at Wachapreague and Oyster.
Croaker numbers are on the rise around Oyster. Fish aren’t big, but that will change in the coming weeks.
Flounder numbers are good along the shore’s western side up to Buoy 42 and the Cell.
