I want to thank everybody once again for supporting the fifth annual CNR rockfish tournament. This was the first time I’ve ever had to make a weather call, and man was that a tough call. Don’t know whether it was the right or wrong call, but it was a call that the tournament committee made for safety reasons given the forecast. Capt. Danny Crabbe won the tournament with a combined weight of over 76 pounds, and one of the fish weighing in at just over 50 lbs. Tom Tinder was second, on the Digger II with a combined weight of 63.9lbs., and Wayne Englehart got third on the Game On with weight of 62.10. Want to thank everyone again, and hope to see ya’ll next year.
