Tarpon fishing in Virginia has provided some interesting fish stories lately.
Paul Rideout of Franklin offered one of the best. An avid summer pier fisherman, Rideout recently worked the end of the Little Island Fishing Pier in Sandbridge, trying to catch one of the big king mackerel swarming around the area.
