Despite the frigid temperatures and strong winds, there still were a few hearty fishermen trying their luck in the local waters. Boat anglers who made it out last weekend had mixed reports, with some finding fish and others not having luck. Boaters fishing the inshore wrecks and Artificial Reef Sites 10 and 11 have been focusing primarily on tautog, with catches of red hake, black sea bass and an occasional flounder also being made. Most reports listed green crabs as the top choice, followed by frozen sandfleas and white leg crabs
