Bill Garren was thinking he might surprise his son Jake this Christmas with a replica mount of the 46-inch-long striped bass Jake caught last year in the Chesapeake Bay.But those plans might have to change now that 9-year-old Jake has an even bigger striper to his credit.Jake boated the 50.9-pound striper Saturday afternoon while the Garrens, who live in Ironto, were fishing off Kiptopeke on the lower Chesapeake Bay.
