Glenn Kelley & Crew pick up this 34" under the Rappahannock River Bridge. They were just out on a river cruise and decided to drop in a couple of lines under the Rappahannock Bridge. Capt. Kelley, known to have the market cornered on Storm Shads, gave Maggie Galleher her chance. Maggie Galleher has her first Rockfish within a few passes.
